FIRST CLASS IS FREE

In this 60-minute class, Philo will guide you through the first third of the Ashtanga Primary Series and closing postures, following the traditional vinyasa count.

If it’s your first time practicing Ashtanga, you might feel a little lost and humbled—but that’s completely normal. Because the sequence is the same every week, you’ll quickly start to find your rhythm. Over time, this repetition becomes a powerful tool for growth, focus, and inner steadiness.

Come with curiosity, move with your breath, and allow the practice to meet you where you are.

Mysore style Ashtanga

Come and practice Ashtanga yoga “Mysore Style”. Honoring the Ashtanga vinyasa system, we practice independently, one posture at the time, following the sound of our breath. A self-practice, where we dive into ourselves while being supported by your teacher and your Ashtanga community.

Everybody is welcome. Mysore is THE best place to start an Ashtanga practice.

Philomène

Philo grew up in Montreal, where she met her first teacher Mark Darby. She then continued her journey In India where she learned the art of adjustments with Balu in Goa. Her practice and teaching are also shaped by Richard Freeman and Mary Taylor who she studies with as often as she can. Ashtanga changed Philo’s life in so many ways and she loves to share that tradition with anyone who is interested.
