Fall 2025
What a summer we just had. Even though I spent it in Montreal, I felt deeply connected to many of you through our online practices — whether in Led ⅓ Primary or Mysore. I’m always amazed at how real and powerful it is to learn and teach Ashtanga online.
Here’s what’s coming this Fall:
Why Led ⅓?
I’ll continue offering Led ⅓ Primary on Saturdays. This format welcomes both new and seasoned practitioners. Spending a full hour with standing and closing postures gives us space to breathe, feel, and enjoy the practice. You’ll leave energized and ready for more Ashtanga the next day.
Pranayama Level 1
October 18, 25 & November 1
6:30–7:15 AM CT (7:30 am ET, online, live + recorded)
A 3-part workshop (3 × 45 minutes) to help you build a strong foundation in pranayama. My approach is rooted in the teachings of Gregor Maehle, Richard Freeman, and Mark Darby — digested through my own practice.
⚠️ Not for complete beginners: some breath awareness and a daily asana practice will help you fully benefit. Recordings will be available if you miss a session.
Intro to Ashtanga
November 8, 15 & 22
8:30-9:30 AM ET (7:30 AM CT, online, live + recorded)
This 3-part series introduces the fundamentals of Ashtanga and helps you build a solid foundation for self-practice in the tradition. Recordings will be available for one month.
One-on-One Sessions
I continue to offer private and semi-private classes, both in-person and online. Reach out if you’d like to schedule a session tailored to your needs.
Ashtanga is sacred to me — as both a student and a teacher. I feel grateful and honored to share this practice with you.

Journal of an Ordinary Practitioner
Not everyone is on Instagram or Facebook, so I’ve gathered a “best of” from this past month—a few glimpses into my own practice: the struggles, the small wins, and everything in between.

I’d love to hear from you too—feel free to reply and share what your practice has been teaching you lately.
I’ll be back in your inbox in August with new offerings and a few thoughts from the mat.
Until then—keep breathing, keep noticing.
